Delugan Meissl Associated Architects at Walter Knoll 2009
In our series of presenting pioneering architects at Walter Knoll, Elke Delugan_Meissl from the renowned Viennese architectural firm Delugan Meissl Associated Architects visited Herrenberg on 18 June 2009. After last year’s lecture by Kengo Kuma, this was a further event in the Walter Knoll brandland organised in collaboration with the Architectural Association of Baden-Württemberg.
Once again more than 200 architects, customers and specialist dealers accepted the invitation and came to Herrenberg. Ms Delugan_Meissl focussed on projects from her extensive portfolio that are characteristic of her approach – including subsidised residential building projects, the Film Museum in Amsterdam, the Panorama Lift in Salzburg and of course the new Porsche Museum in Stuttgart. A really successful evening that gave rise to new insights and inspiring discussions to the accompaniment of music.
