Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2011

Fifty years of the Salone del Mobile. The world’s most important furniture fair celebrated a significant anniversary this year. And Walter Knoll sent its congratulations - and rolled out the carpet. With the company's first carpet collection "Legends of carpets“ and three new products that were presented in Milan for the very first time.

The Walter Knoll stand stood out from the crowd with its outside walls covered in amorphous colour formations – “random signs” – in glowing pink, vibrant red and fresh green. Inside, the company presented its new products and extensions to the range in a truly cosy atmosphere.

Over 1,400 visitors from 72 countries, including India, Brazil and Turkey, visited the Walter Knoll stand where they were given a taste of the company’s expertise in creating trend-setting interiors. An effective mission that continued the successful path of the brand in its demonstration of furnishing excellence in the premium market.
