375 Barstool.

Design: Walter Knoll Team.

This high stool provides excellent seating comfort in a small size – at a bar, in the office, or at a kitchen counter. For a quick espresso, a morning catch-up, for a cocktail or a spontaneous conversation. The smooth seat is easy and comfortable, and available in two versions with or without a backrest.

The confident and assured design of this barstool brings the elegance of salon culture to the 375 range, combined with exceptional comfort. The seat and optional back have pleasantly soft padding, and their smooth curves are invitingly comfortable. The feet are made from high-quality solid wood.

The seat of the barstool highlights the harmonious form of the 375 family: the clear lines and elegance of mid-century modernism. The designers probably had an aperitif or conversation in the lounge in mind, when they created the original 375 Chair in 1957. At that time, the dawn of a new age held sway: the 1950s were characterized by a zest for life and recovery. A new prosperity and a forward-looking lifestyle defined daily life.
