After graduating from the French design school ENSCI-Les Ateliers in Paris in 1995, Toan Nguyen continued his training in Barcelona with Alberto Lievore, and in 1996 he took over the design department of Antonio Citterio in Milan.  

In 2009, the year that he founded his own design studio in Milan, Toan Nguyen developed the Bellows Collection together with Walter Knoll. Innovative design dares to give shape to unusual ideas. The Bellows Collection is a vivid example of this. With expressive character drawn from the pen of the young designer, it plays with our expectations.  

Nguyen places particular value on the sensuality of the materials he uses, and the emotional impact of his work. Many of his creations have been awarded renowned international prizes.
